Current contracted housing records may be held by Alpena County Jail at 4900 M32 W, Alpena, MI 49707. Its main number is 989-354-9830, and posted weekday hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Use FOIA@alpenacounty.org for Alpena County FOIA routing. These are separate records channels.
